The UFC Apex in Las Vegas hosts UFC Fight Night “Rodriguez vs. Lemos” The top ten women’s strawweight title eliminator headlines a 12-fight card.
Rodriguez comes in as the number three ranked contender in the division on the strength of four straight wins. The last three have come by decision including her win over Yan Xiaonan. Lemos comes in ranked number seven with wins in six of her last seven fights coming off submitting Michell Waterson. The co-main event is a top 15 Welterweight encounter with number 13 Neil Magny against number 14 Daniel Rodriguez.
A heavyweight bout between Josh Parisian (15-5) & Chase Sherman (16-10) was scheduled for the main card but was cancelled due to Parisian becoming ill.
