Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship will be back in Florida mid July with a Middleweight title fight main event.
BKFC Middleweight weight champion David “Redneck” Mindel defending against former Light-Heavyweight title challenger Mike “The Marine” Richman.
BKFC 47 is scheduled for July 14th in Lakeland, Florida.
Mundell has been with the since BKFC 6 in 2019, compiling a 6-1 record. The Florida native is on a four-fight win streak. The 31-year captured the BKFC title belt at BKFC 34 by third round knockout, dethroning Francesco Ricchi.
Richman will be dropping from Light-Heavyweight (190) to Middleweight (175) for the opportunity. “The Marine” joined BKFC in 2021 with two bare knuckle bout under his belt. The Bellator MMA vet went on to win his first four fight with the company. At Knucklemania 3 Richman could feel the Light-Heavyweight title in his grasp as he knocked down Lorenzo Hunt, only to be put out cold shortly after action resumed.
