DCCW March to Victory Results, Thunder Retains & Mosh Pit Eyes a Rematch

Thunderstorm still hovering over Duke City Championship Wrestling but a pitfall maybe coming.

The night with the treacherous trio of Matthew Roblez, his second in command Sale, & the world champion Thunder reminding the crowd how dominate his championship run had been. Thunder feeling himself so that he gave everyone in the locker room the chance to step up to the plate. The challenge was answered by “Two Scoops” Tommy Test. The challenger took it right to the champion. With the crowd sensing a title change in the air Matthew Roblez hopped onto the apron taking matters into own hands. Test quickly having those hands busy picking himself up from the floor. A distraction from Sizzle and Plexx gave Thunder the opening for a match ending spear.

A post match beating ensued as “Two Scops” was vulnerable and outnumbered. Devin Reno made his way to the ring joining in. Hobo Hank and Mosh Pit Mike come out for the save joined by BKFC fighters James Denis & Featherweight champion Kai Stewart. Reno making the wrong move of getting into a shoving match with Stewart and landing in the front row. And that was only his second hardest fall of the night. Hobo & Mosh are standing tall in the ring having ran off the Thunder, Roblez, and the rest of their accomplices.

Mathew Roblez’s newest client drew the attention of the Albuquerque crowd in the least positive of ways after snatching a Hobo Hank photo from a young fan.  While the chiseled Devin Reno had the assistance of both Matthew Roblez and his right hand man Sale, it wasn’t enough to evict Hobo Hank from the El Rey Theater. Sale’s interference put him right in the middle of the fray. Hank grabbing Sale & Reno planting them into the ground with a double tornado DDT.

As expected Jerry Vandetta & Mosh Pit Mike took right to exchanging strikes and testing each others toughness. Vandetta sensing that that he needed a boost hit Mosh with a double helping of coffee grinds. The extra boost was just what Mosh needed to get in the groove get the win and call for another shot at the at the DCCW Heavyweight Championship.

The savvy and vivacious Adrian Myscira showed off her quick Witt’s as a small package saw her overcome Lilith Grimm and Eliza Haze.

Kai Stewart & James Denis weren’t the only BKFC representatives in attendance at the El Rey Theater. Brian Soscia the host of the Bare Knuckle show exclusively on the BKFC App, came out to give away tickets but his interactions with the crowd quickly became antagonistic. Just as Soacia was about to tear up all the free BKFC 59 tickets he had brought to give out Chris Watson intervened giving Soscia a three peace and a mighty clothing that sent the man who’s the soundtrack for BKFC all the way back to the Tingley Coliseum.

The first ever DCCW Texas Bull Rope match brought the intensity and hard hitting malice expected of two bitter enemies. The first competitor that the ref saw touch all four corner was Chuey Martinez but you wouldn’t be wrong if you saw Turbo Tony did it first. You can blame a distraction or the ref being out of place but war surprisingly hasn’t ended yet. The next level of elevation will be a hair vs. career match as Turbo puts his lively hood on the line.

The debut Kendall Beck pushed Tyler Copeland to his breaking point. Instead of breaking Copeland came up with a plan B.  As in hitting Beck below the belt and locking in a bridges crossface for the submission.

The heat that sizzle provided was turnned against him as Happy’s guest manager toasted his baguette on Sizzles grill. The chaos giving Valak Vike the opening to whip out his trusty wand. Happy sprung into action turning the wand on Vike a cross body block from Enrique Del Gato collected the three count.

Chris Watson claimed victory in the first match of the night as he executed a perfect frog splashed covering 3/4 of the ring.
