Peralta vs. Warr Headlines BKFC Fight Night Temecula
BKFC has announced a Lightweight showdown will headline their first card at Pechanga Resort & Casino.
The BKFC Fight Night series is heading to Temecula, California on July 12th. The main event will see Robbie “Problems” Peralta clashing with Ruben “Badboy” Warr.
Peralta (3-1) is a 7-fight vet of the UFC who also fought for Strikeforce, Bellator MMA, & World Series of Fighting. In 2018 “Problems” gave Bare Knuckle a try before debuting with BKFC in 2021. The 38-year-old’s two wins in the company have come by decision wins over Peter Petties & Martin Brown. Warr (1-1) mad a big impression in his promotional debut knocking out Lorenzo Coca in the first round. A month later Warr jumped in on short notice taking rising contender Andrew Angelcor to the judge’s decision. A razor close fight that didn’t go Warr’s way but was a fight of the night caliber affair.
A Bantamweight contest between Daniel “Machete” Alvarez (2-2) & Derek “Rage” Perez (3-2) has all been made official for the card. Alvarez has TKO win from a cut over former titlew challenger JR Ridge & opened the Knucklemania 4 main card by forcing a 4th round doctor stoppage of Victor Rosas. Perez won his first BKFC bout by unanimous decision over rival Anthony Sanchez. This past October at BKFC 52 “Rage” showed off his stopping abilities putting away Samuel Samples in the second.
