
Featherweight Title fight Headlines BKFC on DAZN 2
BKFC will be on back on DAZN for the second time November 9th with a UFC vet looking to become a BKFC champion.
In the main event “King” Kai Stewart puts the BKFC Featherweight title on the line against Jimmie “El Terror” Rivera in front of his loyal subjects as Montano hosts their fourth BKFC event. BKFC on DAZN 2 will take place at the interstate Arena at Metra Park in Billings, Montana; Stewart’s home state.
Stewart first fighter from Montana to become a combat sports world champion and is the first homegrown BKFC champion. Stewart’s Pro debut came in October 2021 at BKFC Fight Night Montona defeating Darrick Gates by first round knockout. At BKFC 44 the “Hefty Bag” became a world champion defeating Louie Lopez by unanimous decision. The title reign has seen Stewart post successful defenses over Howard Davis & Bryan Duran.
Rivera is a New Jersey native who held the CFFC Bantamweight title before signing with the UFC. During his time with the UFC Rivera went 7-4 including a five-fight win streak breaking into the top ten. Since joining BKFC “El Terror” has posted decision wins over TUF alumni Bekhozd Usmonov and former Bellator champion Daniel Straus.
In the co-main event former Boxing world champion Alfredo “El Perro” Angulo meets Julian “Let Me Bang” Lane. Angulo scored a first round knockout of Jeremiah Riggs in his promotional debut at Knuckle Mania 4. Lane is 13 fights into his Bare Knuckle career coming off consecutive knockout wins.
Also number one ranked welterweight contender, unbeaten Carlos Trinidad-Snake faces Zach Juusola who’s 1-0 in the promotion, but is more familiar to fight fans for his time in the PFL.
