Cody East & Cole Griego set for Fights at BYB 35
pair of familiar names to Duke City fight fabs have been added BYB debut show in Albuquerque.
BYB 35 is set for Saturday January 11th at Revel Entertainment Center.
Coming off a first round knockout in his promotional debut at BYB 31, Cody East will square off with Dylan Rush. East is a UFC vet who has the King of the Cage, Legacy FC, & Peak Heavyweight titles on his resume.
In November, East avenged his only loss in Boxing defeating Manuel Eastman by unanimous decision. East went 5-0 in 2024 across three different combat sports. Rush made a successful Bare Knuckle debut in July with a first round knockout of Jason Fish.
East Jacksonwink teammate Cole Griego has also been added to the card. Griego will face former title challenger Carlos Guerra in super lightweight action. Injuries along with issues finding a fight have limited Griego to just four fights over the last four years. A dedicated worker with tons of athleticism hopefully the change of sport will a change of fortunes.
Guerra began Bare Knuckle on 2021 rack up four knockout wins in the first year. In 2022 Guerra fourth Seth Shaffer for the title. In his last fight in 2023, Guerra climbed back into the win column with a third round knockout of Anthony Retic.
