The Tenerife Sports Pavilion Santiago Martin hosts LFA 218 where an interim Lightweight is on the line. Battling for the interim 155 lbs. strap is unbeaten Brazilian Jefferson Nascimento and Sweden’s Baysangur Makaev. Nascimento is picking up where he left off. We haven’t seen Nascimento in the cage since winning the same title that will on the line by second round knockout of Gabriel Costa back at LFA 171 in 2023. Makaev makes his LFA debut in the highest of stakes situations on a seven-fight win streak.
