It’s fight night for Fightworld in the Duke City.
Fightworld 41 takes place at the Revel Entertainment Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The fourteen-fight card includes twelve amateur bouts topped by a lightweight title fight. The main and co-main event are the nights two professional contests.
In the main event Albuquerque’s James Romero from Fit NHB battles Charlotte, North Carolina’s Troy Green from Hayastan MMA. Romero has a high-level wrestling background having went to college at Missouri. The grappling has transitioned to his MMA game as his 100% finishing rates come with two submissions and a first round knockout. Troy “The Ghost” Green has been a pro for six-years and has won titles in Ring of Combat & A1 Kombat.
Fifth degree tae kwon do black belt Richard Jennings looks to make it five wins in a row when he faces experienced Mexican vet Alejandro Quero. Jon Merino puts the FightWorld amateur lightweight title on the line against Marvin Sandoval.
