UFC Qatar Results
For the first time the Octagon has touched down in Qatar.
The ABHA Arena in Doha, Qatar plays host to UFC Fight Night, a card that could produce new title challengers from both the main and co-main events.
In the headliner, No. 1–ranked lightweight contender Arman Tsarukyan takes on No. 6–ranked Dan Hooker. Tsarukyan competes for the first time this year after withdrawing from a scheduled January title fight just before weigh-ins due to a back injury. The Armenian standout enters on a four-fight winning streak. Hooker returns after a 15-month layoff; “The Hangman” was last seen earning his third consecutive victory, a split decision over Mateusz Gamrot.
In the co-main event, former welterweight champion Belal Muhammad begins his climb back toward title contention when he meets rising Irish star Ian Garry, currently ranked No. 6. Muhammad is looking to rebound from the May loss that snapped his 10-fight unbeaten run. Garry, now 9–1 in the UFC, has had mixed results in two short-notice bouts and aims to prove he’s ready for a title opportunity.
