
UFC 305 Quick Results
The Ultimate Fighting Championship has returned to Australia for UFC 305 and a Middleweight world title fight.
The main event inside the RAC Arena in Perth Western Australia will see “StillKnocks” Dricus Du Plessis defending the UFC Middleweight champion for the first time against two-time champion Israel “The Last StyleBender” Adesanya. This fight has been a long time in the making as Adesanaya had been ruling over the division while Du Plessis made his climb to contender. Nigerian born Adesanya lives and trains in New Zealand a point of contention for South Africa’s “StillKnocks” who has calmed to be the first true African UFC Champion. Unfortunately, due to injuries and scheduling conflicts it taken till now for everything to align for this grudge to be settled.
Former title challengers will meet in the co-main event at Flyweight, New Zealand’s number four ranked Kai Kara-France meets number seven ranked Australian Steve Erceg. The main card will also see number five ranked Polish Lightweight Mateusz Gamrot faces New Zealand’s number eleven ranked Dan “Hangman” Hooker.
