
LFA closes out 2024 with Championship doubleheader
Legacy Fighting Alliance will put a bow on 2024 in Southern California with a card featuring two championship fights.
LFA 198 LFA Featherweight title will be unified, and the vacant Lightweight title is out for grabs. LFA 198 is set for December 6th at the Commerce Casino & Hotel in Commerce, California.
In the main event Featherweight champion Elijah Johns and interim champion Lerryan Douglas will unify their belts. Johns is a talented wrestler with his last three wins coming by decision including his championship victory over Alfred Walker at LFA 176. Douglas is on his own three fight win streak with all three victories coming by knockout. Douglas captured the interim title by second round knockout of Javier Reyes in the co-main event of LFA 190.
The night first title fight will see Richie Lewis & Richie “El Nachete” Miranda battling for the vacant LFA Lightweight Championship. Lewis was a talented collegiate wrestler who found success on the world stage winning a U23 World Medal. I two fights in the LFA Lewis is picked up decision victories over Jordan Isordia and Keegan Gennrich. Mirada has put together his second three fight win streak under the LFA banner since a split decision L loss to Kegan Gennrich. Miranda a show huge growth dominating Maycon Mendonca at LFA 190.
