Unbeaten Bryce Henry Collides with Jake Lindsey in BKFC Fight Night Hammond Main Event

Welterweight Clash Headlines BKFC Fight Night Hammond on October 18

BKFC heads to Indiana for Fight Night Hammond on October 18th, live from the Horseshoe Hammond, with a high-stakes welterweight main event. Undefeated rising star Bryce “Baby Yaga” Henry will face crafty veteran and former title challenger Jake “The Gypsy” Lindsey.

Henry had a breakout debut year in BKFC, stopping Brandon Shavers in the fourth round. He followed that up with finishes of Billy Wagner (third round, BKFC 44), Tom Shoaff (first round), and a doctor stoppage after two rounds against Robbie Peralta at BKFC 57. After an eight-month layoff, Henry returned in a higher weight class, knocking out Derrick Findley in the second round in his welterweight debut.

Lindsey stormed onto the BKFC scene with four straight knockouts, taking out names like Derrick Findley, Bellator vet Brandon Girtz, and former BKB Champion Connor Tierney. His title bid came up just short when he lost a decision to Gogo Slaveski for the vacant welterweight belt at BKFC 49. He bounced back strong with a statement win over former champion Elvin Brito, proving he’s still a major threat in the division.

Also on the card, UFC veteran Cameron “Jumpman” VanCamp takes on experienced boxer Derrick “Superman” Findley. VanCamp has won two of his last three bouts, with a second-round knockout of Micah Terrill and a split decision over Brandon Girtz. Findley carries the same recent record, scoring a split decision over Joe Elmore and a third-round knockout of Felipe Chavez.
