Knucklemania VI Results
For the second year in a row, the biggest event on the BKFC calendar comes from the promotion’s home base, as the City of Brotherly Love played host to KnuckleMania VI.
The action emanated from the Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania — home of the NBA’s 76ers and the NHL’s Flyers. There were no dunks or goals on this night. Instead, gloves were dropped and grudges were settled the BKFC way.
In the main event, the BKFC Heavyweight Championship is on the line in a long-awaited trilogy bout. Reigning champion “Big” Ben Rothwell defends his title against longtime rival and former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei “The Pitbull” Arlovski. Arlovski captured their first meeting with a third-round knockout at Affliction 1 in 2008, then took the rematch by unanimous decision in the UFC eleven years later. Rothwell enters KnuckleMania IV riding a wave of destruction, with three of his four BKFC wins coming in under a minute. In 2025, Arlovski had already made waves by winning his BKFC, Dirty Boxing, and Misfits Boxing debuts.
The co-feature saw a major shakeup, as BKFC Middleweight Champion and the promotion’s pound-for-pound number one fighter Dave “The Redneck” Mundell stepped in on short notice to replace Yoel Romero. Mundell mov uingp to face BKFC Light Heavyweight Champion and former pound-for-pound king Lorenzo “The Juggernaut” Hunt in a rare champion-versus-champion clash.
KnuckleMania VI also has multiple heated rematches. Ben Bonner and Tony Soto run it back following their unforgettable interim lightweight title fight from last year. Jade Masson-Wong and Crystal Pittman renewed hostilities after their first encounter left unfinished business. And after chaos spilled into the crowd at BKFC 84, Mike Richman and Joe Elmore finally met again — this time for the score to be settled inside the ring rather than by security.
