The UFC returned home to the Apex in Las Vegas for a high-stakes lightweight showdown between teammates.
In the main event, American Top Team’s No. 10 ranked Renato “Money” Moicano faced surging Scotsman Chris “The Problem” Duncan.
Moicano entered 2025 riding a four-fight win streak and on the brink of breaking into the division’s elite. A short-notice title opportunity derailed that momentum, however, and now the veteran found himself looking to snap a two-fight skid and hold onto his place in the rankings.
Duncan, meanwhile, continued his steady rise. After going 4-0 in Bellator, he earned his UFC contract through the Contender Series and has since won six of his seven fights inside the Octagon. With three submissions during his current four-fight win streak, “The Problem” has quickly gone from overlooked prospect to a contender knocking on the door of the top 10.
