Conor McGregor, BKFC and FOX Nation Join Forces for World’s Baddest Man Competition Series
FOX Nation is stepping further into the combat sports landscape with the announcement of a new original series that could become one of the most ambitious projects in Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship history.
On Tuesday, FOX Nation revealed a partnership with BKFC and BKFC co-owner Conor McGregor to produce World’s Baddest Man, a documentary-style competition series set to premiere in the summer of 2027. The series will be hosted by McGregor and will follow fighters from around the world as they compete in a bracket-style tournament with the opportunity to earn the title of “World’s Baddest Man.”
Unlike a traditional reality competition, the series aims to combine behind-the-scenes storytelling with high-level bare-knuckle action. Cameras will follow competitors throughout training camps, documenting the physical preparation, personal sacrifices and challenges each fighter faces on the road to the tournament. The competition will culminate in a live championship finale, where one fighter will emerge victorious in a winner-take-all showdown.
For McGregor, the project represents another major investment in BKFC since becoming part owner of the promotion. The former two-division UFC champion believes the tournament will highlight exactly what has made bare-knuckle fighting one of the fastest-growing combat sports.
“BKFC has changed the game of combat sports,” McGregor said. “This tournament will bring together the toughest fighters on the planet in a true test of heart, grit and willpower. I’m proud to be part of something that will set a new standard for what it means to be the baddest man in the world.”
FOX Nation President Lauren Petterson described the partnership as an opportunity to offer subscribers a unique look inside the world of professional bare-knuckle fighting while showcasing the personalities behind the competition.
BKFC President David Feldman echoed that excitement, calling the project another milestone for the promotion as it continues expanding its global reach.
According to the announcement, World’s Baddest Man will feature elite domestic and international BKFC athletes competing through a grueling elimination tournament. Alongside the fights, viewers will receive unprecedented access to the competitors’ lives outside the ring, providing a deeper look at the dedication and determination required to chase one of combat sports’ most demanding titles.
Adding even more intrigue is the tournament’s reported eight-figure prize pool, making it one of the richest purses ever associated with a bare-knuckle competition.
The series is being produced by Kiss Fly Productions, with Conor McGregor, Franco Porporino Jr., David Feldman, Vincent Cariati and Justin Insalaco serving as executive producers.
As BKFC continues to expand internationally and attract high-profile partnerships, World’s Baddest Man could become a defining project for the promotion. By blending reality television, documentary filmmaking and live competition, the series has the potential to introduce a new audience to bare-knuckle fighting while giving longtime fans unprecedented access to the athletes chasing combat sports glory.
For BKFC, FOX Nation and Conor McGregor, the announcement signals another significant step in bringing bare-knuckle fighting into the mainstream ahead of the series’ debut in 2027.
