Knucklemania 3 Press Conference
Albuquerque New Mexico- The Tingley Coliseum hosted the Knucklemania 3 press conference. Fighters in attendance included Light-Heavyweight champion Lorenzo Hunt his foe interim champion Mike Richman, the co-main eventers UFC vet Diego Sanchez, former world champion Boxer Austin Trout, BKFC Women’s Flyweight champion Christine Ferea, TUF 14 winner John Dodson, & NFL vet Greg Hardy.
A truly electric atmosphere inside Tingley Coliseum. The main event has reached a deeply personal level as a simple question from yours truly led to Mike Richman & Lorenzo Hunt getting into a melee that made Jone-D.C. look tame. While not as heated both Austin Trout & Diego Sanchez came across as profoundly confident. BKFC president David Feldman did say the winner of John Dodson-Jarod Grant will be in contention to fight for the first BKFC flyweight title. We also got a couple of announcements like BKFC Women’s Flyweight champion Christine Ferea will be facing a former WBC Boxing champion from Thailand in a catchweight bout on the card. And we were promised a special announcement that was Greg Hardy will make his promotional debut February 17th.
