BKFC 38 Quick Results
BKFC 38 took place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. In the main event we had an awesome battle between Dat Nguyen & Daniel Straus.
Dat Nguyen brought the pressure immediately putting Straus on the ropes. The former BKFC champion would implement a high volume body punching attack. The punches would stray low costing Nguyen a point after a second low blow. Straus would have his success sticking out his jab and following with a sneaky uppercut. The fight went all five rounds, and even went into the rare winner take all sixth round. Only the third time in BKFC history the extra round was needed. The sixth round was decided by Nguyen’s relentless body punching in the pocket.
In The co-main event, we had Jake Bostwick vs. Isaac Doolittle it went the distance in a brutal battle and at one point there was a thought of a sixth round. It ultimately ended in a draw both fighters earning the respect of their opponent tonight. The main card and preliminary cards both started off with knockouts so the bar was set high.
