Benavidez Meets Pettis at UFC 225
UFC 225 has gained a bout between top 5 ranked Flyweight contenders.
The June 9th card at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois, will see former title challenger, number 1 ranked contender Joseph Benavidez (25-4) & Roufousport fighter, number 5 ranked contender Sergio Pettis.
Benavidez 33, is on a 6 fight win streak. We last saw Benavidez in action at the TUF 24 Finale, in December of 2016, taking a split decision from Henry Cejudo. Benavidez has been sideline with a knee injury. Pettis 24, is coming off having a 4 fight win streak ended at UFC 218, by a decision loss to Henry Cejudo.
