Vanessa Demopoulos- On LFA 81, Competing at the BJJ worlds, & writing a 2nd Book
At LFA 81 Vanessa Demopoulos takes on Loveth Young. The two are no strangers and have trained together. I ask Vanessa about the situation. We also talk about her submission win at LFA 69. Since we last her from the “Lil Monster” she’s also competed at Brown Belt in the BJJ World Championship.
