UFC 174 adds OSP vs. The Big Deal
The UFC has announced a Light Heavyweight addition to UFC 174 that will see Canada’s own Ryan “The Big Deal” Jimmo (19-3) colliding with Ovince St. Preux (15-5).
Jimmo has been up and down in his UFC career having a 3-2 mark in 5 fights. When he is up Jimmo is “The Big Deal” like when he scored 1st round knock outs of Anthony Perosh and Sean O’Connell. The bad Jimmo is the man who turned in lackluster clinch battles against James Te Huna (L), Igor Pokrajac (W), and Jimi Manuwa (L).
St. Preux is an explosive athlete, turned mixed martial artist who, is 11-1 in his last 12 fights with the lone loss coming by decision to Gedard Mousasi. Since the loss OSP has won 4 fights in a row over TJ Cook (KO), Gian Villante (MD), Cody Donovan (KO), and Nikita Krylov (SUB).
UFC 174 on June 14 at the Rodgers Arena in Vancouver, Canada; is headlined by Ali Bagautinov challenging Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson for the UFC Flyweight title.
