Myles Jury vs. Mike Ricci Added to UFC 165
The second bout added to UFC 165 is in the Lightweight division and pits TUF 15 alum Myles “Fury” Jury (12-0) out of Alliance MMA against TUF 16 finalist Mike “The Matian” Ricci (8-3) representing the Tristar Gym.
Myles Jury is 3-0 in the UFC defeating Chris Saunders (SUB), Micheal Johnson (UD), and Ramsey Nijem (KO). The “Fury: has 11 wins by stoppage with 5 KO/TKO’s and 6 submissions.
Mike Ricci made it all the way to the finals of TUF 16, losing in the finale to Colton Smith by unanimous decision. Ricci would come back stronger at UFC 158 and out work Colin Fletcher to earn a unanimous decision. “The Martian” has 4 of 5 stoppage wins by KO/TKO.
UFC 165 will take place on September 21, at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The main event will see Alexander “The Mauler” Gustafsson challenge Jon “Bones” Jones for the UFC Light Heavyweight title.
