Triple A MMA “North vs. South Win To Get In”, Headlined by Sanchez vs. Borg

The 2^nd installment of Triple A MMA has been announced and will take place on Sunday, August 18^th , at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Ballroom. The main event will see “The San-I Warrior” Angelo Sanchez (12-3) of Santa Fe Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu meeting Albuquerque’s Ray Borg (3-0) of Fit NHB.

Sanchez has won 4 fights in a row over Daniel Armendariz, Amross Teasaytwho, Jacob Clark, and Richard Schiller; all by submission and all under the King of the Cage promotion. “The San-I Warrior” has 7 of 10 stoppage wins by submission and is a former 145 lbs. King of the Cage champion.

For Borg this will be the first time he will compete in MMA outside of the King of the Cage promotion. Combining his amateur and pro record Borg is 7-0 with all his wins coming in the 1^st round. 6 of 7 of Borg’s stoppage wins have come by submission. 5 of the 6 submissions have come via rear naked choke.
