UFC 164 Adds Louis Gaudinot vs. Tim Elliott
Flyweights will be in action at UFC 164 when Team Tiger Schulmans’ Louis “Goodnight” Gaudinot (6-2) meets Grindhouse MMAs’ Tim Elliott (9-3).
Louis Gaudinot was a cast member of season 14 of TUF. At the season 14 TUF Finale “Goodnight” was put to Sleep by Johnny Bedford ending a 4 fight winning streak. Since, Gaudinot has bounced back defeating John Linker by submission at UFC on Fox 3.
Tim Elliott saw his 8 fight winning streak ended in his UFC debut, losing a unanimous decision to John Dodson. Elliott came back stong at the TUF 16 Finale earning a unanimous decision win over Jared Papazian.
UFC 164 take place on August 31, at the BMO Harris Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; and is headline by TJ Grant challenging Benson “Smooth” Henderson for the UFC Lightweight title.
