Makovsky vs. Manzanares Flyweight Title Bout Headlines RFA 11
With Sergio Pettis moving on to the UFC the RFA Flyweight title is vacant but they will change on November 22, when Zach “Fun Size” Makovsky (15-4) collides with Matt Manzanares (5-1) with the belt up for grabs.
Former Bellator Bantamweight champion Makovsky since back to back losses led to a parting of ways with Bellator, has earned a unanimous decision win over Claudio Ledesma.
Manzanares has won consecutive bouts in RFA knocking out Kevin Gray and Submitting Steve Swanson.
The 1stBank Center in Denver, Colorado, will also see former UFC and Bellator vet Alvin “Kid” Robinson (13-7), who is coming off a submission win over Joey Munoz; taking on Undefeated Brazilian Raoni Barcelos (6-0); who has 4 of 5 stoppage wins by KO/TKO.
