UFC on Fox 10 adds Elkins vs. Stephens
The UFC has announced their first bout for there January 25 show at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois. At UFC on Fox 10 in a Featherweight showdown heavy handed Jeremy “Lil Heathen” Stephens (22-9) will square off with the pressure of Darren “The Damage” Elkins (17-3).
Following a 3 fight losing streak at Lightweight, Stephens decided to drop to Featherweight. Now at 145 lbs. “Lil Heathen” has scored consecutive wins over Estevan Payan (UD) and Rony “Jason” Bezerra (KO).
Elkins made the same change in weight class to start off 2011. “The Damage” won 5 fights in a row before a UFC on Fox 7 knockout loss to Chad Mendes. Elkins rebounded and is coming off a unanimous decision win over Hatsu Hioki.
