Turjillo Takes On Green at UFC 169
Coming off huge wins at UFC on Fox 9, Lightweights Able “Killa” Turjillo (11-5) and “King” Bobby Green (22-5) have wasted no time getting back to work as the two have been scheduled to collide at UFC 169.
Turjillo at UFC on Fox 9 knocked out Roger Bolwing after a no contest against Bowling at UFC Fight Night 27, due to Turjillo kneeing Bowling to the head when we was a ground opponent. The knock out got Turjillo back in the win colum after a UFC 160 unanimous decision loss to Khabib Nurmagomedov.
Green has won 7 fights in a row under the Strikeforce and UFC banners. Since joining the UFC the “King” has claim victories over Jacob Volkmann (SUB), James Krause (TKO), and Pat Healy (UD).
UFC 169 takes place on February 15, at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey; headlined by Ricardo Lamas challenging Jose Aldo for the UFC Featherweight title.
