Kongo Challenging Minakov Headlines Bellator 115

The Heavyweight title will be on the line to headline at Bellator 115 as the promotion makes there first trip to Nevada ,season 9 Tournament winner, UFC vet Cheick Kongo (20-8-2) looks to dethrone Russian reigning champion Vitaly Minakov (13-0).

Kongo won a 4-man mini tournament during season 9 defeating Mark Godbeer (TKO) and Peter Graham (UD), to earn this title shot.

Minakov defeated Ron Sparks (KO) and Ryan Martinez (TKO) to win the 2013 4-man Summer Series tournament. Minakov dethroned Alexander Volkov by 1^st round TKO at Bellator 108.

Bellator 115 take place on April 4, at the Reno Events Center in Reno, Nevada.
