Landon Vannata Signs with WSOF
The World Series of Fighting has added to the depths of their Lightweight division with the signing of undefeated Jackson’s/Winkeljohn’s product Landon Vannata (4-0).
Of his 4 pro wins Vannata, has 3 by stoppage including most recently submitting Mituyoshi Nakai at Pancrase 255. In his lone fight that went the distance at XFC 25, Vannata defeated Bellator and Strikeforce. 18 fight vet JP Reese.
It’s yet to be announced when Vannata will make his promotional debut.
WOSF 8 takes place on January 18, at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casio in Hollywood, Florida; headlined by Justin Gaethje battling Richard Patishnock for the inaugural WSOF Lightweight title. WSOF Canada is set for February 21, at the Edmonton Expo Centre in Edmonton Alberta, Canada. WSOF 9 is being targeted for March 29, in Las Vegas, Nevada.
