Sosa Seeks 1st pro championship
New Mexico WildBunch member Tim Sosa (4-3) will be heading to Dallas, Texas, to battle the Lone Star state native Mark De LA Rosa (5-0) for the vacant Dominion Warrior Bantamweight Championship.
Sosa who’s a former King of the cage Amateur Flyweight champion who’s moving up 10 lbs. for this opportunity. Sosa is the winner of 4 of his last 5 fights, coming off consecutive wins over Jordan Hernandez (sub) and Alex Cooney (ud).
De LA Rosa is a Legacy vet who, went 3-0 in 2015. De La Rosa finished the year off by submitting Joseph Sandoval, December 5th.
Also at January 9th’s “Relentless” card, New Mexico Wildbunch’s Oliver Parker (5-5) is scheduled to tangle with Cody Hallford (0-0) at Welterweight. Parker won both his 2015 fights defeating Oscar De La Parra (ud) and Derek Perez (tko).
