Donald Sanchez Meets Yusuf Raisov at ACB 55
Former King of the Cage World Champion Donald Sanchez (31-16) of JacksonWink MMA will again be stepping into the ACB cage, this time to square of with Yusuf “Borz” Raisov (9-1).
The two will meet in a Featherweight contest at ACB (Absolute Championship Berkut) 55 March 24th in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
On social media Sanchez posted the match and said “Time to tie the shoes up again. Right back at it, with a super talented and tough fighter. Can’t wait. The styles of this match make it a scrap. Entertainment guaranteed for this one.”
Sanchez has 23 victories via stoppage with 12 by way of knock out. Always up for a fight, Sanchez has also competed in professional boxing. Sanchez is looking to rebound from losing a unanimous decision to Adlan Batev at ACB 50.
Raisov trains out of the Fight Club Berkut and hails from Grozny, Chechnya, Russia. Raisov won his first 9 fights, with 5 by submission, before losing a unanimous decision to Marat Balayev, like Sanchez at ACB 50.
This is the first official fight for the event, which is also expected to have a tournament.
