UFC 218 adds Top ten strawweight matchu
The newest addition to December’s UFC 218 will see Michelle “Karate Hottie” Waterson against Tecia “Tiny Tornado” Torres.
Waterson (14-5), the number 6 ranked starwweight Contender, is a former Invicta FC Atomweight champion, who trains out of JacksonWink MMA. Waterson will be looking to rebound from a April submission loss to Rose Namajunas.
Torres (9-1) is the number 5 ranked Contender, who has trained for some time with American Top Team in Florida, but now is residing in Colorado. Torres has won consecutive contests over Bec Rawlings (UD) & Juliana Lina (sub).
UFC 218 is December 2nd, at the Little Ceasars Arena in Detroit, Michigan.
