KOTC: Energetic Pursuit Features Pair of Title Fights
The vacant KOTC Women’s Strawweight title will be up for grabs and Tim “Timbo Slice” Sosa defends the Jr Flyweight title as King of the Cage presents “Energetic Pursuit”, February 24th.
Battling for the KOTC 115 lbs. championship in the main will be El Paso, Texas’s, undefeated Cynthia “Sin” Arceo (3-0) & Ohio’s Chelsea “Head Hunter” Faulder (1-1). Arceo a former KOTC amateur strawweight champion, fight out of USAK Punishment, who’s won all 3 her pro contests by knock out. Faulder went 6-1 as an amateur and is coming off submitting Heather Denny at KOTC: Unstoppable 2.
In the co-main event Albuquerque’s Tim Sosa (9-5) from Fit NHB defends the Jr. Flyweight title (125 lbs.) against UFC vet Reuben “Hurricane” Duran (12-7-1). Sosa is riding a 4 fight win streak, 3 of the wins have come y knock out. Duran a former Interim Jr. Flyweight (125 lbs.) & Flyweight (135 lbs.) champion for KOTC, is coming off a December, unanimous decision win over Fard Muhammad.
