Both Flyweight Titles up for grabs at LFA 37
When Legacy Fighting Alliance rolls into Sioux Falls, South Dakota on April 20th, they do so with a Flyweight title fight double header.
In the main event Factory X’s Sid Bice (8-1) & Kings MMA’s Maikel Perez (5-1) will battle for the vacant LFA Flyweight title. Bice went 5-0 before a split decision loss to Pedro Nobre and has since won 3 straight including decision wins over Cody Land & Kenny Porter inside the LFA cage. Perez a former Cuban Olympic wrestler, who’s only fought for RFA & LFA. Perez won his first pair of fights by submission before getting submitted by Adam Martinez. The 34 year old has now won 3 in a row the last two decisions over Derrick Mandell & Charle Alaniz.
Andrea “KGB” Lee has signed with the UFC and thus vacating the LFA Women’s Flyweight title. The new champion will be either undefeated, 20 year old, Colombian, Sabino “Colombian Queen” Mazo Isaza (4-0) or Broomfield, In two trips into the LFA o
ctagon Mazo has scored highlight reel head kick knockouts of Jamie Thorton & Linsey Wiliiams. Colorado’s Shannon Sinn (5-5). Sinn has won 2 in a row, a decision over Katy Collins & a knock out of Heather Bassett.
