Edgar-Swanson 2 set for Atlantic City
The currently ranked number 3 & number 4 ranked contenders in Featherweight division will lock up again just over 3 years after their first encounter.
The first meeting came in the main event of UFC Fight Night 57, with Edgar submitting Swanson in the closing seconds on round 5.
Edgar (22-6-1) a former UFC Lightweight Champion who successfully defended the title twice. Since dropping to 145, “The Answer” has went 6-3, now looking to rebound from being knocked out by Brian Ortega just over two weeks ago.
Swanson (25-8) headed into UFC Fight Night 57 on a 6 fight win streak. Swanson has since won 4 of 6, looking to rebound from being submitted by Brian Ortega
UFC Fight Night 128 is scheduled for April 21, at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
