Results for Event 7 of the 2019 PFL

The 2019 PFL Playoffs kickoff Friday October 11^th, at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada; featuring Welterweight & Women’s Lightweight action.

The PFL playoff format is an original one where the Quarterfinals & Semifinals take place in a single night. The Welterweight field has eight competitors, but the Women’s Lightweight field only has four competitors, meaning one win gets you to the finals. Glacio Franca is the number one seed in the welterweight division, earning ten points during the regular season. The 2018 Welterweight champion, Magomed Magomedkerimov, returns to the playoffs as the number two seed. The women’s Lightweight division has a tie for most points, as former Strikeforce champion, Sarah Kaufman &, Judo Olympian, Kayla Harrison both earned 9 points during the regular season.
