UFC 249 in need of a new co-main event
Days after the Shuffled UFC 249 Card was unveiled a bout major bout had fallen apart.
For an undisclosed reason Rose Namajunas has withdrew from the UFC 249 co-main event, which was to be a rematch against Jessica Andrade.
The first fight took place at UFC 237 and saw Andrade dethrone Namajunas as UFC Strawweight champion. Andrade won the fight by second round knockout from slam Namajunas on her head.
This was to be Namajunas’s first fight since. Andrade comes in off losing the title to Weili Zhang. It’s unclear at this time if Andrade will remain apart of UFC 249.
