Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov Passes Away
Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov the father of UFC Lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov has passed from complications due to COVID-19.
Nurmagomedov was hospitalized in April for pneumonia. He was later transferred to a military hospital where he tested positive for COVID-19. A heartache would follow that required emergency bypass surgery. Twice the 57-year-old was be place under medically induced coma while his body attempted to recover. Brain trauma from a stroke is being reported to have caused his death.
