The Apex in Las Vegas hosts UFC Fight Night “Vieira vs. Tate”. The 12-fight card is headlined by a top ten bantamweight showdown.
The main event has rising bantamweight contender Ketlen Vieira against former world champion Meisha “Cup Cake” Tate. During her UFC run Vieira has collected wins over Ashlee Evans-Smith, Sara McMann, & Cat Zingano. In July Tate ended a four-year retirement stopping Marion Reneau with ground strikes in the third round.
At the tenth hour Terrance McKinney (11-3) vs. Fares Ziam (12-3) was removed from the card as a McKinney cornerman tested positive for Covid-19.
