UFC Fight Night Results Green stops Dawson in 1st
The UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada hosts UFC Fight Night. The 12-fight card is headlined by a Lightweight collision as number ten ranked Grant “KGD” Dawson squares off against fan favorite “King” Bobby Green.
The main event provided a thrilling surprise as Bobby Green scored a first round knockout of Grant Dawson. The 14-year veteran of the game nailed Dawson with a piston like left hand sealing the deal with hammer-fists on the ground. The 37-year-old “King” will be entering the rankings the next week after his 20th finish and 11th by knockout.
The momentum for Joe Pyfer only continues to build after navigating his way past Abdul Razak Alhassan to win his fifth in a row. Pyfer addressed Alhassan’s leg kicks by showing his wrestling. A big slam lead Pyfer to securing a triangle choke for his fourth consecutive finish and first by submission inside the octagon.
