John Dodson Defends Flyweight Title at Home March 29th

The first BKFC Prospect Series event in Albuquerque was a huge success and provided a window into when the company will be returning to the 505.

March 29th BKFC 59 will take place at Tingley Coliseum. In the main event the Duke City’s Flyweight King defends his BKFC crown against Dominican challenger Dagoberto Aguero.

It hasn’t been magic; three times John Dodson has toed the line. The results have been the same, each cutting through the opposition with blinding speed and ninja like permission. UFC vet Ryan Benoit, former BKFC Bantamweight champion Jarod Grant, & Muay Thai vet JR Ridge; none of them got out of the first round.

Dagoberto Aguero isn’t one of those men. Aguero transitioned to Bare Knuckle fighting after 17 professional Boxing matches. Totaling a 15-2 record with 10 wins by knockout. Aguero made his promotional debut this past November scoring a third-round knockout of number four ranked flyweight contender Chancey Williams to immediately enter the title conversation.
