BKFC Fight Night Omaha Results, Trinidad-Snake Breaks Pague’s Jaw in the First
Omaha Nebraska, the unbeaten run of Carlos Trinidad-Snake continues after breaking Dustin Pague, in a round.
The Liberty First Credit hosted an 11-fight card for BKFC Fight Night Omaha.
In the main event Welterweight title eliminator, Carlos Trinidad-Snake collected his third knockout win in the squared circle. Trinidad-Snake’s quick jab and sneaky follow up right hand beating Dustin Pague to the mark. Evaluating Pague after the first round the doctor found a fight ending jaw injury. The number 2 ranked Carlos Trinidad-Snake securing a second win in a row over a ranked foe strengthening his case for a shot at Austin Trout & the BKFC Welterweight title.
In the co-main event Nebraska’s own Dakota Cochrane returned to action after a year away stopping Jeremie Holloway with a massive left hook early in the second round, proving why he’s number 4 in the Middleweight rankings. Plus, the educated jab of Stanislav Grosu handed Alonzo Martinez his first loss. The fundamental tool stopped Martinez in his tracks in the second-round. The fight of the night was a bloody war as two knockdowns gave Bobby Taylor the edge over Ryan Roberts on the scorecards.
