Topuria vs Gaethje Headlines historic White House UFC Card

The UFC is preparing for a historic night with Freedom Fight 250, scheduled for June 14 with the backdrop of the White House. The unique setting immediately makes the event one of the most talked-about cards in UFC history, and the promotion has stacked the lineup with championship implications and fan-friendly matchups from top to bottom.

In the main event, undefeated lightweight champion Ilia Topuria looks to unify the title when he faces interim champion Justin Gaethje. Topuria has finished 15 of his 17 victories and has quickly established himself as one of the sport’s most dangerous finishers. Across the cage will be Gaethje, a former BMF champion and two-time interim titleholder widely considered one of the most exciting fighters in UFC history. Known for his devastating leg kicks and knockout power, Gaethje guarantees violence every time he steps into the Octagon.

The co-main event features an interim heavyweight title clash between former interim champion Ciryl Gane and former two-division champion Alex Pereira. Pereira, who previously held titles at middleweight and light heavyweight, will attempt to make history by becoming the first three-division champion in UFC history. Standing in his way is Gane, one of the most technically gifted strikers the heavyweight division has ever seen.

Former bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley returns to action against surging Canadian contender Aiemann Zahabi, who enters the bout riding a seven-fight win streak and looking to secure a long-awaited title opportunity.

The lightweight division will also be showcased when dynamic Brazilian striker Mauricio Ruffy meets former three-time Bellator champion Michael Chandler in what promises to be an explosive matchup.

Elsewhere on the card, decorated wrestling prospect Bo Nickal takes on veteran Kyle Daukaus, while a high-stakes featherweight clash pits two-time title challenger Diego Lopes against Albuquerque’s own Steve Garcia, who brings a seven-fight winning streak with six knockouts into the bout.

With championship gold, rising contenders, and major star power on display, Freedom Fight 250 is shaping up to be one of the most unique and memorable events in UFC history.
