Taking the new top spot on the card is a Heavyweight collision between James “The Colossus” Thompson (19-14) and Eric “The American Soldier” Prindle (8-5).
Thompson an 11 year mma vet, is undefeated in his last 5 fight and is on a 3 fight win streak. England’s Thompson has 18 stoppages, with 10 (T)KO and 7 submissions; Prindle has lost 4 of 5. But “The American Soldier”, a former Army boxing champion has 4 of his 5 knock out wins in the first round.
In the co-main event slot newly signed Rameau Thierry Sokoudjou “The African Assassin” (14-12), with 9 wins by (T)KO meets Terry “The Punisher” Davinney (10-6); winner of 4 of his last 5 fights.
Also on the main card James Austin Hedilage (7-0) faces Luiz Philipe Lins (8-0) and Egidijus Valavicius (26-10) clashes with Carlos Eduardo (11-3) in a pair of 2014 Summer Series Light Heavyweight Quarterfinals.
