The first two bouts have been anonced for the event with explosive Welterweights hungry Flyweights.American Top team, former title Challenger Thiago “Pitbull” Alves (20-9) at UFC on Fox 11 returned to the octagon after 2 years of dealing with injuries and scored a unanimous decision win over Seth Baczynski. Alves has now set his sights on taking a bite out of Canadian Jordan “Young Guns” Mein (28-9), who is coming off tearing his shorts en route to a split decision win over Hernani Perpetuo; rebounding from a TKO loss to Matt Brown.
Tim Elliot (10-5) coming off back to back lossses to top Flyweights Joseph Benavidez and Ali Bagautinov will welcome Wilson Reis (17-5), who is coming off a split decison loss to Yuri Alcantara, to the 125 lbs. division.
