Palacios Scores 1st Pro Stoppage Victory
Taking a fight in your opponents back yard, an on short notice against a fighter with a 4 fight win streak, with 3 of the 4 wins by (T)KO; is no little task.
And that’s the task that Luttrell’s MMA’s Javier Palaico accepted, with this time that yard being in Midland Texas. The Triple A MMA and Bellator vet went in as an under dog an came out clean. Palaicos knocked down Desmond Hill and then finished the bout with a guillotine choke, at 2:50 of the 1st round. And in doing so scored his first pro victory by submission after having defeated both Steven Ortega and Richard Jacquez by unanimous decision, to now move to 3-0.
