On June 14th the main event of Triple A MMA VII: Rock Stars was to see Nohime Dennision against Natalie Roy, a suspension dealt to Dennison from a Boxing match, forced her to withdraw. Now 3 months later the match-up is back on and is headlining Triple A MMA IX: Rock Solid on September 20th. Dennison joins us to talk about Roy, cross fit, and this being her first cage fight in 3 years.
