Triple A MMA X: Genesis Fight Announcements & Intense Advertisement
Orthrus promotions has announced the addition of 6 ½ bouts for Nov. 8th’s Triple A MMA X: Genesis, including the co-main event of Russell Wilson “The Honey Badger” (3-3) vs. Fit NHB’s Isiah Reyes (7-5).
Wilson a tough wrestler with slick submission skills, is a 2-time Bellator vet, and has ended a 3 fight skid with consecutive submissions of Derek Perez and Jonathan Lopez; with both wins coming in the Triple A MMA cage.
Reyes will return to Bantamweight after a hard fought, Featherweight, decision loss to Conrad Padilla in the Triple A MMA VIII: Rivals main event, Reyes’s has now lost 3 fights in a row all by decision. Reyes’s will be looking to get back to finishing fight as he has 5 of 6 stoppage by submission.
Also in pro action coming off a Triple A MMA IV: Caged Hostility submission of Richard Bailey Marcus Ayub (4-1) faces Bobby Nash (1-0), who submitted Jay Jackson in his pro debut in August. Coming off a TKO of Andrew Vasquez at Triple A MMA IX: Rock Solid, which ended a 2 fight losing streak, Hosay Batts (3-4) meets Dorian Dixon (0-1) of Rosales Karate & Albuquerque BJJ, who will be looking to rebound from a King of the Cage: Rumble, submission loss to Aaron Perls. Former King of the Cage 170 lbs. world champion “Wild” Bill Albretch (21-14) will also be in action looking to end a 3 fight skid, but his opponent is yet to be announced.
As had been previously announced at Triple A MMA IX: Rock Solid, Triple A MMA X: Genesis, will feature the promotions first title bout, as Luttrell MMA’s Andres “The Bullet” Quintana (7-1) & undefeated Texan, Thomas Soto (5-0) are in the main event fighting for theTriple A MMA Featherweight title.
