Munoz meets Prichard on Short Notice January 31st

New Mexico Boxing on short notice road warrior Hector “El Huracan” Munoz (23-13-1, 15 KO’s) is at it again. We’re a little late on this as it was announced two days ago, that on 10 days notice Munoz will battle undefeated Prichard Colon (12-0, 10 KO’s), on January 31^st, in Philadelphia.

In June Munoz, father of one and  trainer at Team Tapia, ended a two skid with a 1^st round TKO Fidel Zazueta in June in Guasave, Sinaloa, Mexico. The win was Munoz 1^st by stoppage in 16 months.

Colon has 6 of his 10 knock outs in the 1^st round. In his two most recent matches Colon has went the distance defeating Lenwood Dozier by 6-round unanimous decision and Christopher Degollado by 8-round unanimous decision.
