Stephen Cervantes ECS One is time to Open Eyes

This Saturday, January 24th at the McKernan Event Center ECS One will take place.And for the first time in his career Stephen “Scrappy Doo” Cervantes is in the headlining bout in his home town. Cervantes will be doing battle with, Brazilian Romulo Medeiros. I caught up with Cervantes to get his thoughts on the match-up, his change of gyms, and much more.
