Gomez PhotoWorks & myself have hit the road and we’re live at the Elk’s Lodge, in Farmington, New Mexico , joined by a crowd of 300 for a stacked 8 fight amateur MMA card; headlined by Southwest Colorado’s Joey Tervino against Albuquerque’s Jesse Tafoy
155: Juan Carlos Santana 0-1 (Hellhound MMA) vs. Jesse Ramirez 0-0 (Jackson-Wink)
Summary: Ramirez struck 1st with a big right hand and followed with hard kicks. Santana with a glancing right scored a flash knock down. Ramirez bounced right back up. Santana then ran into an eye poke. Ramirez kept up his pressure. Ramirez slips Santana took the back, slipped off and Ramirez ended the round in mount. The jab an pressure of Ramirez would control the 2nd round. Both men breathing very hard in the final frame. Ramirez again showed good forward pressure, a nice jab, an a few hard kick, plus landed 1 big right. Santana try to cut off the cage but was unable.

Summary: Ollis came out landing hard leg kicks. Kiki fired back some leather for 10 seconds we had a brawl. Ollis then landed a visous body kick. Kiki started to curl up and Ollis ended the fight with punches

Summary: Archuleta out the gate jumped on a gulkitine choke and got slam. Archulate then swept landed some hard knees to the body and they went swirling around the ground in a kimura transition. The 1st ended with Chee in side control.Archuleta grab a head lock. They hit the ground with Chee on top Archuleta would give his back and tap to a rear naked choke.

Summary: Harry landed a pair of hard jabs and low kicks. Arteaga rushed forward got thrown back. Harry in the mist of a takedown lost control and in the scramble Artega gained top control for the majority of the round with not much effective offense. Aggressive with his strike Harry puts his punches together pressuring Artega. Artega slides to the ground after be flung there. Harry almost get the rear naked choke, but lets go to transition back to top position. Artega threatening with A kimura to end the 2nd. Harry walking forward winging big right hands, clinches lands with uppercuts and then drops for a double leg .Artega tries to move around an take the back. The ref restarts the stale mate. Harry lands with some hard punches they clinch hit the ground and the round ends with Artega taking the back.

Summary: Tafoya put Trevino on the cage. Trevino got the thia clinch throwing knees, Tafoya answers with punches to the body. Tafoya pulls guard slaps on a triangle choke and gets the tap.
